This policy covers the Maxairi game on the web, Android and iOS. In short: Maxairi does not collect any personal information.

1. What stays on your device

The game saves your settings (difficulty, throwing style, distance, chosen throwable and similar options), your stats and scores, and your Studio layouts on your own device. This information never leaves the device. To erase it, clear the app's data or your browser's site data, or uninstall the app.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, or any device identifiers. There are no player accounts, no analytics and no tracking. We do not sell or share personal information.

3. Purchases

If you buy the full game, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. They process your payment and apply any sales tax. We never see your payment details. The game only receives confirmation that the purchase was made, so it can unlock the full game and restore it on a new device.

4. Advertising

The current version of Maxairi shows no advertising. If ads are added in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version is released. It will say which ad provider is used, what that provider collects, and how to give or refuse consent.

5. Children

Maxairi is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), Quebec's Law 25, the EU and UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), or US state laws such as California's CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can still contact us with any question.

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
